From my own personal research, I believe that when you die, you rejoin those you want to be with. You go to a glorious place that you create from your own loving thoughts and acts. If you lead a dark and unloving, selfish life, you will most likely go to a dark place when you die, but you will always have the opportunity to progress to the light; you are never left to rot in “hell.” You are never alone; only of your own choice.
Regardless of what the religious zealots try to scare you with, suicides do not automatically go to the dark side. Most of them go to a loving hospital-type place, and there they witness the pain they left behind. They can see their loved ones cry and suffer, and no matter how much they want them to know that they are OK, it is very rare and very difficult for them to get through.
I am one of the lucky ones: I was able to receive a message from and communicate with a suicide, probably because I was open to receiving communication from him, and we had made a pact with each other that whoever died first would contact the other.
Suicides never escape from their demons; the lessons have to be learnt. If they are not completed in this life, they are learnt in the next, but usually the soul comes back and starts over again. The soul has to only complete the lessons that it didn’t complete because of their “early” death. They do not have to repeat the lessons they had already learned up until their death.
The hardest thing for a suicide’s soul is to watch the overwhelming effects that their action has on the whole Universe. Everything gets thrown out of whack because of their actions. But ultimately, the most painfulpart of their suicide is to have to watch their loved ones suffer.
They try to contact us, to talk to us, but they can’t get through. They watch the pain and anguish of all the suffering they caused, and there is absolutely nothing they can do about it; they regret it very deeply. Even though they eventually find peace, they still regret what they have done.
You must not worry that they are suffering any type of hardship on the other side. This is not the case. However, they do suffer when they see and feel the emotions of those they left behind on earth due to their actions. They even feel the emotions of friends of friends – people whom they never even met while in this plane -- who hear about it. This is very painful for them.
They realise that if they had stayed on this plane, they would have learnt their lessons in time and would not have to come back to an earthly existence so soon. They understand that their actions change the whole order of their own, personal Universe.
Most suicides choose to die of their own hand because they took on a challenge too great when they came into this life. They believed they could handle the circumstances, even though they were warned that their choice may be a bit too much of a challenge for their soul. They are enterprising souls who will elect to take the challenge anyway.
How do I know all this? Well, you spend the next 20 years of your life researching near–death experiences, and I guarantee you will not only understand, you may even be writing about it yourself.
